Welcome to the IT analysis PL team in Business and Institutional Technology. We add value by providing a fit-for-purpose analysis to design innovative solutions to create great customer experiences. IT Analysts from our Team are engaged in various interesting projects. Now we are looking for a colleague, who will get engaged in Payments Hub as Lead IT Analyst and who will play a valuable role in gathering, analysing and managing requirements in compliance projects in the hub.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a professional requirement specialist who understands the banking business as well as the beauty of the IT world
- Creating interface specifications and data mapping.
- Realising compliance requirements made my business into system landscape of Payments Hub.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have strong business and technical background, and great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
- Have background of working with compliance area related tasks and have ability to read and translate external specifications.
- Have ability to collaborate together with business and compliance officers and with their support have an ability to interpret the compliance rules
- Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Your experience and background:
- Experience in IT and/or business analysis
- Knowledge of Payment domain and sector compliance related to Payments Scheme and settlement processes is required
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
