We are now looking for experienced Front-end Developer to secure ongoing development activities of the Angular based solutions. Even better if you’re willing to work on the Java Back-end as well, yet the primary of work will be on Front-end side.

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Purchasing and Financing Hub! In this area you’ll support project which creates applications for our clients: online overdraft forms, possibility to order debit cards online, from time to time some additional software like e.g. calculators. Team supports few of these applications for few Nordic countries. Project is JAVA based with Front-end in mainly Angular 8 but we have some legacy in AngularJS and React which will need to be rebuilt.

 

Core team is located in Gdynia, yet we have some development activities and business owners in the Nordics. Team is working Agile in full SAFe model.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop new features in Front-end applications
  • Tightly cooperate with our Back-end devs
  • Support our stakeholders during releases
  • Maintain existing applications
  • Perform regular code reviews and commit the code on a daily basis
  • Create Nordea wide coding standards and software practices

Your experience and background:  

  • More than 3 years of JavaScript / TypeScript experience with Angular 2+ development
  • Experience in React in AngularJS is beneficial
  • Experience with Web Services, REST, REST API’s
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns like Clean Code, SOLID, KISS & GRASP
  • Tools: SonarQube, Bamboo/Jenkins, GIT, BitBucket, Maven
  • Suberb communication skills and willingness to take the lead!
  • Experience in JAVA dvelopment (or willingness to develop as fullstack dev) will be a huge plus
  • Fluent English
