HR Project Manager

We are looking for talented people for the role of
HR Project Manager

The HR Project Manager will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR project activity associated with
major business and needs related to people in Cognizant organization, propose new creative solutions and best market practices suited to company needs. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with local HR Business Partners team and various corporate HR functions, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline. The role will also play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key data information related to people aspects.

In this position, the incumbent will partner with various teams to support and implement HR projects that foster the organization and people development. Main areas to focus will be Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Employer Branding, implementation of corporate HR projects, local HR processes’ review and adjustment, Diversity and Inclusion, Communication and reporting.

  • Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Proactive new HR projects’ proposal based on people and business needs
  • Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with local and Corporate HR Team and engaging other respective teams – business and corporate to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support organizational and people performance in line with business needs to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
  • Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as Employee Experience, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Management Development, Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Implementation of corporate HR projects
  • Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant leaders, tracking and monitoring progress and escalating risks where appropriate
  • Communication, organizational change management
  • Lead or facilitate various communication forums
  • Keep Cognizant HR communication platform up to date
You have
  • Passionate in HR, people related topics and high creativity
  • Ideal candidate would have some HR project management experience but it’s not a must, project management skills are required
  • Interest in People topics including Talent Management, modern Business Partnering, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and in Employer Branding
  • Good Knowledge of HR Business Partnering or Talent Management role processes and experience in these fields are required
  • 2 years of relevant work experience OR within one of the role like HR Manager, HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, Talent Manager, HR Partner or other related to soft people aspects with ownership at the role
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related is valuable asset
