Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration service about 2,000+ employees
  • Manage countries like Poland, Hungary, South Europe and other countries etc
  • Manage end to end HR operations and stake holders through all employee life cycle events
  • Dealing with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according to the Labor Law provisions
  • Supporting existing HRSS team to enter data into HR system (HCM) and manage employees’ database in an efficient way
  • Preparing employee reports to support HR team
  • Supporting team to manage all types of employee absences, including holiday balance registration meeting the local legislation requirement
  • Supporting HR Managers in the field of personnel administration management
  • Supporting Managers in personnel administration issues
  • Cooperating on daily basis with internal payroll team and payroll services vendor
What we expect:
  • Min. 5 years of experience in comprehensive personnel administration service of company
  • 5-7 years people managing experience to handle 30+ team members
  • Manage attrition and back fill
  • Higher education
  • Good command of English
  • Practical knowledge of Polish and Other CE countries Labor law and personnel administration processes
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Reliability, timeliness and accuracy
  • Openness to look for improvements and optimization, Metrics, SLA and stake holders’ satisfaction
  • Support all system transformation’s
