We are looking for a Facility Assistant to join our team in Gdansk! If youre a people-oriented, communicative person who enjoys managing office tasks, this might be a great opportunity for you.
How you will make an impact
You will play a crucial role in providing support to both the team and the daily operations of the office. Your tasks will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests.
- Coordinating correspondence and internal communication.
- Issuing office passes.
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Handling minor facility issues (e.g. service of coffee machine).
- Assisting in running an internal self-service shop.
- Organising and coordinating office events and employee-oriented actions.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What will make you successful
- At least 1 year of experience within customer service, hospitality industry or similar area.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proactivity and strong initiative.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Availability for a fulltime position (core hours: 8-16, on-site).
