Monday-Friday, standard working hours


  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment by staying abreast with all the policies changes
  • Making sure that deals are processed as the client required SLA
  • Strive to understand and resolve issues/queries at the first instance
  • Efficiently Process predefined number of transactions as assigned with highest level of accuracy as agreed upon by the client
  • Resolve process related queries and expedite on data requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information, policies, and procedures
You have
  • Proficient level of German (min. C1)
  • Good command of English
  • Goal and result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent writing, reading and analytical skills
  • Computer knowledge, the ability to browse the internet, ability to send and receive emails, good typing speed, expertise in excel is required
  • Connect & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer
  • Quick learning and understanding of Microsoft Policies
  • Ability to work in a complex multitasking environment (navigating through multiple on-line systems)
